Physician Opportunities

The following positions are currently available at the Ross Memorial Hospital:

Family Physicians with Obstetrics
- Full time & locum positions

The Woman & Child Program is seeking family physicians who wish to expand their practice profile to include Obstetrics within a collegial call group. Family Health Team, Community Health Centre, and Fee for Service are available. 

Emergency Medicine Physician
- Full time position

The Emergency department has approximately 45,000 visits annually. A recently upgraded CT, new MRI and an AFA in place are just a few of the resources available to support this department.

Hospitalist
- Full time & weekend position

We are seeking physicians to be part of a hospitalist program to provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge for inpatients. Four hospitalists currently support the program. Successful candidates have strong family practice skills, experience managing inpatients, a current licence to practice in Ontario, and ACLS, and must be comfortable working in a hospital environment.
 

General Surgeon
- Locum positions

Locum work for RCPSC certified General Surgeons is available. We have recently upgraded our CT and added a new MRI to the surgical department. Internal medicine and hospitalist support is available 24/7.
