Ross Memorial's Board of Governors is a locally elected Board, comprised of community volunteers responsible for the governance of Ross Memorial, in accordance with the Public Hospitals Act. It is their role to ensure that the Hospital is positioned to meet the health care needs of the communities within the Hospital's catchment area.
