Ross Memorial Hospital After Hours Clinic Moving Location PDF  | Print |
Lindsay, June 21, 2005

As of June 29th 2005, the Ross Memorial Hospital After Hours Clinic will be re-located from 280 Kent Street West, to the new Ambulatory Care Unit located within the Ross Memorial Hospital.

This new location, facing Kent Street, provides physicians and patients with better access to diagnostic equipment. Patients will be asked to enter off Kent Street, and will have access to short term parking adjacent to the centre. This entrance also allows for more convenient access for patients, without having to travel throughout the hospital.

“This new location is fully accessible, with patient focused care areas,” says Gary Sims, Ambulatory Care Unit Manager. “The unit also provides patients and their families with a more comfortable waiting area and gives our physicians and staff greater access to hospital services.”

Hours will remain the same and they are:

Monday – Friday 6:00-9:00pm
Weekends and Holidays: 11:00am-2:00pm
There is also another after hours clinic in Lindsay (not operated through Ross Memorial Hospital) located at the Heritage Medical Centre, at 65 Angeline Street North. Their hours of operation are:

  • Monday to Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
