Effective Monday, June 2nd, visiting hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Until Monday, June 2nd, visiting hours will remain in effect from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The following SARS precautions remain in place at Ross Memorial:

  • Everyone coming to the Hospital will be screened.
  • Only two visitors per patient are permitted at any one time.
  • Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to visit.
  • Patients arriving at the Emergency Department are not to be accompanied by a visitor unless they require assistance, are critically ill or are a child, and then only one escort will be permitted.
  • Visitors who are feeling ill are advised not to visit the Hospital.
  • Anyone with non-urgent illnesses are advised not to visit the Emergency Department and to seek alternate care, i.e. family doctor, walk-in clinic, After Hours Clinic.

At this time, there are no SARS patients at Ross Memorial Hospital.
