Today, the Bobcaygeon Legion presented the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation with $500 to assist them with the purchase of new equipment for the Operating room as part of the Foundation’s spring campaign. On hand to accept the donation is Erin Coons, Executive Director of the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation. With ever-changing advancements in medical technology, it is now time to replace and update some of the surgical equipment, ensuring that staff has the tools they need to continue to respond to the needs of the community. “This year, the campaign will focus on the acquisition of equipment for our operating room such as replacing an operating table and cardiac monitor,” said Coons. “The team has also identified the need for the purchase of a video intubation scope that will help with our most critical patients.” |
