Over the last ten years, Erin worked her way up the ranks of the United Way of Peterborough to her most recent position as Director of Development. In this role, she was responsible for the overall direction and management of the organization’s fundraising program and managed the largest annual campaign in Peterborough. She was also responsible for volunteer management and strategic planning for the development program, and communications for the organization.

Erin has a Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University’s College of Medicine where she majored in Biomedical Communications and Marketing. In December 2000, she achieved her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) status.
