Margaret Mowat of the Lindsay Legion’s annual Poppy campaign is providing a pledge of $2000 to Ross Memorial’s Expansion Project. On hand to accept the donation is Drew Gunsolus, Chair of the Caring for Tomorrow Campaign, and Erin Coons, Executive Director of the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation. Every November, for about two weeks prior to Remembrance Day, the dedicated members of the Royal Canadian Legion of Lindsay spend many long hours distributing poppies to remind us of our debt to those who died in the military and merchant navy service. The Ross Memorial Hospital is benefiting from the hard work and dedication of the Legion’s members and their poppy campaign. |
