The Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation welcomed the Kiwanis Club of Lindsay as they presented the paediatric unit with a supply of toys and activity kits for patients.
The Kiwanis Club of Lindsay were the original sponsors the paediatric playroom upon its renovation in 1997. Club members have been consulting with the staff of the unit and have come forward with a donation of toys to ‘stock the playroom’ for the holidays.
Representing Kiwanis were Gord Sloan, past lt. governor, Karen Dunn, president, and Kathleen Leenders, secretary & past president. On hand to accept the donation was Erin Coons, Executive Director of the Hospital Foundation and Gary Sims, Director of the Paediatric program. |
