John Gauthier, Chair of the Lindsay Legion’s annual Poppy campaign, along with Legion President Howie Berdan, are presenting the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation with the funds needed to purchase 4 new electronic thermometers needed by the Hospital.
On hand to accept the donation is Erin Coons, Executive Director of the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation. Every November, for about two weeks prior to Remembrance Day, the dedicated members of the Royal Canadian Legion of Lindsay spend many long hours distributing poppies to remind us of our debt to those who died in the military and merchant navy service.
The Ross Memorial Hospital is benefiting from the hard work and dedication of the Legion’s members and their poppy campaign. |
