Occasionally, donors have presented gifts of property/real estate to Ross Memorial Hospital. The donor of real estate is entitled to a donation tax receipt for the fair market value as determined by a qualified appraisal. If this is a consideration, contact the Foundation to discuss how a gift of property would benefit both you and the Hospital.
