Showing people how much you care is a special part of life, yet finding just the right gift to express your feelings can sometimes be difficult. For these reasons, the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation has created a program of Tribute Giving.

Every year, people make commemorative gifts to the Foundation. These gifts celebrate a momentous occasion in a loved one’s, friend’s or colleague’s life such as the birth of a child, a wedding, anniversary or special birthday. It can even be that special Christmas gift for that friend or relative that is hard to buy for.

No matter what the occasion, gifts such as these, remind people that they have been remembered in a thoughtful way. Equally thoughtful are the many gifts we receive that honour the memory of a loved one. Our donors tell us that they receive deep satisfaction in making memorial gifts because they know that, in addition to perpetuating the memory of the deceased, they are also helping to enhance local health care.

Whether your intention is to honour or to memorialize, when tribute gifts are received, the donor receives a special card acknowledging that the gift has been made to give to their honoree.
