Then, healthfirst is for you! This is a unique program offering clients access to experienced health professionals and physician specialty clinics.

OUR SERVICES
The healthfirst program at Ross Memorial Hospital offers a variety of services to assist clients and families living with a chronic disease. To refer yourself in any one of the programs listed below, please click on the referral form. We may need to contact your doctor or nurse practitioner (NP) for further information. If you are without a family doctor or NP, tests or referrals may be arranged.

Cardiac Rehabilitation
