Celebrating Successes is an internal recognition program for all staff and physicians of Ross Memorial. Ross Memorial Hospital celebrates successes and appreciates staff in many ways including the Long Service Awards, Medical Staff Recognition, Halloween Dress-Up, Staff Children's Christmas Party, Christmas Colour Day, and Staff and Volunteer Appreciation Meals.

In addition, the James Ross Awards of Excellence are presented annually to five individuals for their exceptional initiative in going beyond their defined role and doing so with excellence. A team is also recognized for its ability to achieve excellence.
