The Pharmacy department at RMH is an important partner in our patients’ care. It is the team’s mission to provide comprehensive pharmacy service to the hospital’s patients, using their pharmaceutical knowledge and expertise to advocate for patients, ensuring that they receive safe and effective drug therapy.

The Pharmacy team provides the following services:

• Pharmacy Technicians conduct medication histories for patients admitted via ER
• Pharmacists identify and solve drug-related problems
• Review every medication order prior to dispensing
• Unit dose drug distribution
• Injectable and sterile drug manufacturing
• Maintain drug stock throughout the hospital
• Pharmacist on call 24/7
